Great staff and fantastic doc! I'll be coming back here for my future visits, Dr. Fein made the process of coming in a really great one!

Dr. Fein is a compassionate and thorough psychiatrist. I find her to be very diligent in making sure that my follow up care is always handled well. I highly recommend Dr. Fein!

One of the most caring docs I have ever been to. I'm so glad I found her! She is also one of the few who doesn't make me wait before my appt. She takes me right away and respects my time.

Highly recommend! From the moment I stepped into the reception area, I knew I was in the right place. The therapist I saw is amazing.

After reading the glowing reviews I can only assume that Dr. Fein had either had some personal issue with me, or just by coincidence was having a bad day whenever I had an appointment with her.



It is clear by the wall full of degrees that Dr. Fein is accomplished and knowledgeable. However, based on my personal experience you would never know it. I have yet to experience the warm comforting, empathetic, intuitive clinician described in the other reviews. The Dr. Fein I met with had the personality of dishwater and came across as indecisive, almost uncertain of herself. Again, were it not for the wall full of degrees I would have discontinued seeing her after the first visit. While she may be fully competent in what she is doing, it does not translate in her conduct, which made it impossible for me to have confidence in her or trust in her investment in me as a patient (it should be noted that she does NOT accept insurance and is not cheap, I've received FAR better care from HMO providers) After about 4 or 5 visits, I told her I would be seeking treatment with another provider and asked to have copies of my records sent to me. Instead of just sending the records as requested, Dr. Fein felt it necessary to enclose a cover letter stating that she would be unable to continue treating me due to my failure to attend treatment sessions, or something along those lines. As embarrassing as it is to admit, Dr. Fein is hardly the first mental health provider with whom I've ever sought treatment. She is, however, the first to ever engage in such pettiness. For one thing, I kept the appointments I made. Secondly, I didn't commit to as many appointments as the Dr. would have liked for the very reasons outlined above. I just as well would have left well enough alone, but upon receiving Dr. Fein's 'dump' letter, when I was the one who initiated terminating the relationship I felt compelled to write about my very negative experience. Dr. Fein, you are a b****.
