Horrible service. Tried to order a product and it never arrived but they kept promising it would, and made up excuses. They didn't return most of my phone calls. Came home from work early to wait for delivery which never arrived even through they guaranteed delivery. And they blamed the vendor instead of taking responsibility for their incompetence.

The people there seem really knowledgeable. I don't know much about my sprinkler system, but they helped me make repairs.

Full line of irrigation parts by different manufacturers plus pond/water feature supplies and outdoor lighting. Friendly, knowledgeable staff willing to help and guide you. As a landscaper who only does occasional irrigation work, I have found them invaluable.
