I bought a EVOD electric cigarette and the woman told me i had 90 days to return it if anything is wrong and the bristles inside were feathery and had come out and i bought it back and the woman who sold me the item was acting as if she never even said i could return it said it was all up to the other associate if i could return it or not and she was being rude and unresponsive when i was asking her questions and i've never been treated with such disrespect in an establishment that i am a customer of not to mention the replacement that she had given me doesn't work
