Do not rent from this location, they are not open on Sundays but have a drop off but will charge you until they check you in on Monday. So, if you drop off the vehicle on Sunday at 4pm, you will still be charged until Monday at 8, when they open......

Not a normal "car renter" but had the need to do so three time recently. The first was a total disaster (had no cars in spite of my reserving several weeks prior) but rescued by Enterprise at Charlottesville Airport. Local Culpeper office made it up and gave upgrade on second rental. On third rental they did not have the full size car reserved so had a compact. Great on gas but not a great ride and no cruise control was a pain. Have offered upgrade on my next rental. They seem to try but have problems!

Rent a car thru this location at least twice a month, the vehicles are never clean, not sure why they have a detail person because in the last 9 months I might have gotten one clean car. Step it up Enterprise, we pay money to rent a vehicle the least you could do is clean them!
