During a terrible situation with damage to the attached garage of my home, I received a quick response and immediately set up an appointment the team came out to assess and cover up anything that would be exposed to the elements as plans for the repairs were being made for the next part of the process. They had honesty, integrity and were professional.

I would like to start by saying ERS is a wonderful company, Steve made it seem like I was his only customer. With that being said, the people they contract to do work for them need work. I had 2 no call no shows for appointments so I could get work done on my Condo. It would have been OK, except I took vacation day's to be at home. The pride I would think these companies would take in their work didn't seem to be there. Lack of attention to detail to say the least. With all this being said I wouldn't use anyone else but ERS. When it was all said and done my place look great. Thank you Steve for your Exceptional service.
