Went to uhelmann's in early March and ordered a pair of Ray-Ban frames. I was told it would would be no problem. Went in for my eye exam and was told my frames were ordered on the 9th and would be in in about a week. Then we heard nothing from them, after over two weeks had passed we called and were told it would be another 2 to 3 days, then we heard nothing. After another week had passed we called and much to our dismay we found not only had they not even ordered the frames but they would not be able to order them. Remember we were told twice they had been ordered. We go in and get my prescription and order the glasses from a place down the street who had no problem getting the frames. Now we are opening up a credit card dispute because after two weeks they have yet to refund our credit card for the glasses we never got. Also sales people were rude and snippy with my wife on the phone and in person. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.
