100% love this store. Awesome scrub selection and shoe section if they dont have something you want they can order it. Great customer service love the girls that work there. Brooke is awesome she very knowledgeable.

Turned around a shirt and embroidered within a hour....that was above and beyond. Thank you!!!

2 locations that seem to work independently of each other, I purchased uniforms at one and the other location would not accept them. When I finally drove to the original location I was told they couldn't return them because "it had been too long since they were purchased" (literally 2 weeks). I am a public servent who works on the concept of professionalism and trust; this store has neither. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else; it will be cheaper and returnable.

Bought a $100 pair of Dansko nursing clogs. Got home and didn't like them. Went back 2 days later to return them-NEVER WORN! They refused to return the shoes! Said it was store policy! I looked all around the store, by the register, by the shoes....there is NO POLICY POSTED ANYWHERE that says no returns. The owner was completely unreasonable and rude. She refused to take the shoes back. I told her you can't have a no returns policy and not post it in your store.........BUYER BEWARE! This place is aweful! The customer is always WRONG! Worst customer service ever. I am stuck with a $100 pair of shoes that I have and will never wear.

They will call you to tell you your order is ready to be picked up only to be closed when you show up.... even after setting up the day and time with the OWNER. Owner is called and then LIES and says she is at the store when I am standing at the front door staring at a SORRY WE ARE CLOSED SIGN. Lights are off and door is locked. No follow up phone call saying sorry or anything. It has been 6 days since this incident. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS. It's a wonder they are still in business if this is the type of service they provide.
