Provided by YP.comThe term travel agent assumes a certain level of service from a firm and it's employees. Clearly, not a priority for Tickets to Travel of Wauconda, IL. I will NOT do business with this company again. Organization and honesty are not values this company subscribes to. I was lied to on more than 1 occassion.
Dear Sir and or Madam, I wished I would have seen this response earlier as I would have responed then. I would like to call you and find out what happened that you felt this way. I have been doing travel over twenty years and this is not how we operate. Please provide a number that I could contact you so we can clear up this matter.
