AVOID Tow- Won't take your insurance

For some reason the police in Lakewood are sending this company out for emergency towing even though the tow driver refused to take our insurance payment at all. He also refused to stop the tow process and jumping when I wanted to call another company. All he did was blame the police officer, saying that the police wanted the vehicle out of the road and he refuses to wait. If he doesn't get payment RIGHT NOW, he will impound the car. Nice guy, right? If this is true then the Police there need to get a negative review as well. An emergency tow doesn't happen when it's convenient or when you have $120 dollars in your hands (yes and that's just to get pulled out of the snow and a jump- no actual towing.) This is taking advantage of a bad situation and not caring whatsoever about the folks having trouble. This guy was not nice and raised his voice when he was calmly asked why insurance couldn't be used. His response, "I just don't take it." Forced us to make calls juggling about funds that we absolutely could not spare and now have to wait maybe 3 weeks for reimbursement. Horrible experience. The police should send a company who will work with insurance.

keep clear of them, 190.00 for a tow and 55.00 a day and could not be bothered to let me get my car the next morning.

Great Service

I have dealt with Ormsby Towing on many occasions and I'm very pleased with there service. The staff is very friendly and easy to deal with and made my whole ordeal alot smoother. I will use them for all my towing needs from here on out. I will also buy a car from them in the future.

Ormsby Towing came to get my car after an accident and I was so pleased with there service. The driver was very polite and helpfull. I would recommend Ormsby's for a tow.Hats off to them!!!

Bad customer service

Once again someone has gotten bad service from ormsby motors.we had a problem with a tow. their driver damaged our vehicle. they refuse to do the right thing and fix it.

Very Rude!!! Not Helpful!! DO NOT use this towing company!!

I figured in a car accident and the police office called this towing company to tow my car and my car ended up in their storage instead of the body shop where it was supposed to go. I was not informed where they brought my car. The person who claims to be the owner, Mr. Tom Ormsby, was VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and ARROGANT. NEVER USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!!
