My sister needed Ostomy supplies. I called the store to see if they had exact items the owner said he did. I drove to the store and he claimed that the item he had was better then what we called about. My sister was in dire need of the supply I bought them. He talked like he knew the product, I even called my sister from the store to make sure he talked to her as well.Well $175 dollars later and was the wrong stuff. He would not take them back.Claimed her nurse did not know the product. I was ver upset. I feel he took advatage of a very sad purchase....Be extra carefull
