I took my car in last year 1/17/08 to get over $3,000 worth of repairs done. Some of it being front suspension work.

Not being happy that after having to wait 3.5 weeks I had to take the car in multiple times because the car was not fixed properly. I took it somewhere else to get the clutch replaced just about a week ago (2/26/09).

These guys clearly knew what they were doing. So I asked them to look the car over and see if I needed anything else. They told me that when they looked at the front end they were able to HAND LOOSEN the bolts to the right front axle Auto Authority had replaced last year!!!!!! RIDICULOUS! were the exact words the quality repair shop used.

If I wouldve taken it to the quality shop sooner and been within the 12 month/12,000 miles warranty Auto Authority has, maybe I wouldve gotten my money back! In my opinion I dont believe I should have to worry about the bolts being HAND LOOSENED on an axle that was replaced just over a year ago. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
