We just had our backyard landscaped by Westside Landscape and we could not be happier! After seeing that several of our neighbors had used this company to do their landscapes, we decided to give them a call to get our free estimate. Contrary to the other reviewer, I was able to get my appointment within a couple of days and the salesman Armando, showed up right on time. :) He was such an amiable young man who was able to create a spectacular landscape design that suited just what my husband and I wanted! The whole job process was executed very professionally by Westside Landscape which is why we recommend them to anyone!

We are extremely happy with how beautiful and enjoyable our backyard is now and we sure enjoy all the compliments our family and friends give us when they come over!!!

I called and scheduled a appointment for an estimation, the earliest he/they could come was a week later. So I took it! The day of my appointment, he (Armando) was a 1/2 hour late. So I called him and he said "oh yeah, I see you in my appointment book", but I am some where else can not make it. Let me see if my brother Roland can come out. I waited yet another 1/2 hour and no call from Roland. So I called Roland, explained to him what happened. He said maybe it was not on his schedule. I advised him per Armando I was in his book,, so he called his brother and called me back. He said that his brother decided to go with his wife to a pre-natal check-up. So I asked no call??? that is not good business practice. He understood and said that he could come out if I still would like. I said yes, and explained that I too am a very busy person. But would like to get my backyard done. So he said he could be at my house in an hour or so.. I questioned the hour or so,, he then said between 2 and 3... I cancelled all of my appointments for the day to accomodate. And a 4pm I called Roland to ask him if this is standard practice for thier business.. Make appointments,, do not call and are no shows.. he said.. quote un-quote,, then we would not be in business!!!! Then he said I thought you said you did not want me to come!?!?!?!? I NEVER said anything to the sort,,, Do NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY,,, THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED !!!!!
