If I could give this business a minus I would. Worst business and people to deal with. Won't return your calls. Doctor's office faxed the prescription to the company twice and they stated they never received it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

We have found Lincare to be the worst, most disorganized cpap supply company ever. Our sleep study doctor's office faxed over our prescriptions and months later we are still no closer to getting any supplies. They also lost my cpap folder with all my pertinent information about my machine and my order information. They told my husband he would have to pay out of pocket for supplies. The women in the office are rude and told me that "they weren't going up in the loft to look for my folder." We have driven to Lincare 3 times, called numerous times, and now have to switch to another cpap supplier to try to get service. They have a very bad reputation and I would not recommend Lincare to anyone.

Still waiting 2 weeks for a walker for my 80 year old mother in law. The customer service is horrible. It was supposed to be delivered today and was not delivered . Horrible follow up skills by these so called professionals

Very poor service. So not go here. Had to scurry all over looking for my records when I had an appointment a month in advance. Funakkt2they called my physician for info. Did not have correct sizes for me. When I cakkef5them days later absolutely no customer service. Very short and abrupt.

I had a perscription for a c-pap machine and Lincare would never call me back to get the machine. It took me months to get the supplies I needed.
