Great Customer Service, Great Job on my nails, and the nail tech Ann (sorry that probably isn't spelled correctly) is FABULOUS ! I actually enjoyed my time there!

The experience was great, and the staff is friendly and extremely professional. I'd recommend this place to anyone

The owner was rude and confrontational after I requested "John" to do my no chip manicure. John who happens to be very good, is not working at Diamond Nails except on a limited schedule. "Anna" (?)the owner was not happy with me for asking about John's schedule and mentioning that I had a poor no chip manicure previously by a girl named "Angelique", so she was not an option. If John is working elsewhere I would like to know since I would gladly go to him in another location. With the competitive business and large number of nail salons available in the Crown Point area, I frankly was surprised at the owner's behavior. It does appear that "John's" limited presence in the Diamond Nails salon has adversely impacted their business.
