I hired Davis Concrete Correctors to lift a corner of my garage floor. Before they came, water (from snow melting off the car) was dripping sideways and pooling towards the wall, instead of moving back towards the garage door. Davis Concrete Correctors came and did some work, but the problem persists as if nothing has changed. I have tried calling all 3 office numbers listed on the website, plus the number they list to revive a quote, and I leave detailed messages each time but have not had my calls returned. Poor communication is echoed by other reviews; I wish I had listened and never hired them to begin with. I spent hundreds of dollars to be in the same position I was in before Davis Concrete Correctors came. I do NOT recommend working with this company.

I thought I had a foundation problem in my home I'm not an expert and didn't know so I have to take their word on if I do or don't have a problem. Thankfully they're honest people and I didn't have a problem I appreciate it the fact that they are honest enough to not make up problems he came out checked every throughly and thankfully I didn't have any issues. Thank you great service.

Terrible. First visit was on 9/18/19 when raising and first caulking was done. Caulk was bad and it had large air bubbles in some areas and the components started separating in other areas. Second visit on 9/21 when some sections of caulk were cut out. They were supposed to return on Tuesday 9/24 to re-caulk but did not and did not let me know until 11:20 a.m. even though company was aware that I was having a cardiac procedure the following week and had a very tight schedule telling me they couldn't re-caulk on Tuesday because it had rained on Sunday. I was told the reason for the late notification was that the company person who notified me was out of state due to a medical emergency with her mother. The company person also told me that her mother was probably worse off than me because her mother not only had heart issues but also chronic fatigue syndrome and needed emergency dental work. More bad areas developed with the caulk and on 10/10 another crew was sent to re-caulk. They cut out more and added caulk. They were unable to eliminate a trip hazard where a section of the sidewalk was not raised level with another section because they did not have a grinder with them. They came back today to re-caulk again due to more large air bubbles and instead of just leveling the sidewalk sections they ground two holes in them so there are now tripping hazards causing twisted and sprained or fractured ankle and fall risk. I have sent pictures to the company including the two holes ground out and tried to call twice 10/15 and did not receive a response for several hours. I have sent multiple pictures and made numerous phone calls as I now have dangerous conditions on my property caused by this company. Further some of the caulking done on the 15th now also has large air bubbles. I wrote a negative review on Angie's List and attached pictures which I took this week. The company responded that the pictures do not show the quality of their work because it is not done. However, the 18th, two days from now, will be one month since this job was started and it is still not done. Also driveway raised a bit higher than garage floor but nothing can be done to correct this. I have tried to reach the company by email and telephone today and have received no response. I do not recommend this company.

We met a representative from this company at a home show in 2004 and were told they could correct our porch which had sunk due to settling of the ground around the house. Had them come out and paid over $500 to have it done. The process they called porch jacking, was supposed to drill holes through the porch and pump in a mixture to raise and support the porch. Less than two years later, the porch was right where it started before they raised it. Husband called, but they refused to come look at it, and said they don't guarantee their work and correcting concrete was why they were in business, the nature of concrete. I went to the home/office and was shown some concrete work there that was done by them and did not hold up any better. At the home show 2009, I stopped at their booth just to see what they would say and was given the same sales pitch and the same promise that it would work and not settle again. These people are unprofessional and do not care about the customer.
