I wish I can give it 0 stars. Neighbors aren’t nice, people are loud. Property manager doesn’t care when you have issues. Had 115 degrees inside the apartment because the ac unit broke and it was putting hot hair through the vents even when off. Told them for months that it needs to be fixed and basically got told to screw off, the lease agreement is a lie. 300 deposit with a 30 dollar monthly fee for a hamster? Seriously? Stuff in units keep breaking, charges 70 dollars for an emergency call. Likes to make slide comments too young renters, just a very bad place.

Very bad choice!!! Lived there for 4 years. Refused to replace furnace/air conditioner...suggested by NIPSCO, due to the fact that it's sooo old. My bill, for both the a/c, monthly, was $300! Came close to being evicted because U couldn't afford the extremely high NIPSCO bills...and Heritage Court didn't care. The air conditioner ran and ran and ran. Then, smoke was billowing out of the vent. The property managers husband suggested I "let it run" to melt the ice buildup on the tubing inside the unit. My son had to call NIPSCO...he was advised to get out of the building!!! Yeah, so...I am filing a report with the better business bureau!!! I received a bill after I moved out. Yeah right...hahaha. I refuse to pay it!!!! Do NOT rent from them...big mistake!

too high price and they don't do very good work on the outside during the winter.you have to walk your dog far with no light.
