When informed about problems with hardware and software, they ignore them, hide behind their legal disclaimers and retaliate against students. Cardinal Tech has been sued by former students, investigated by the Indiana State Attorney General, Indiana State Workforce Development and U.S. Department of Education for fraud and breach of contract.
