Stay away, don't bother, don't spend your money with this company!

They are rude, don't know prices on ANYTHING, and don't return phone calls!

I would hate to have to depend on them for warranty service or repair of a product I purchased from them!

INCOMPETENT or DISHONEST or BOTH After one non-fix service call ($90) and seven months of phone calls, Home and Hearth said our 20+ year old unit needed replacement for $1,200 turning it from a direct vent propane fireplace to a ventless one. Consulting with a Cookeville competitor resulted in the rearrangement of the logs, which had been improperly placed, and the fireplace worked fine. There was no charge.

Okay! I called to get a price on BBQ wood burning pellets. I was quoted a price for a 40 lb bag at $20.00 a bag with several different types of pellets to choose from ( I.E: CHERRY, hickory MESQUITE ETC). Upon arriving, the bags changed from 40 to 20 Lb. bags. WOW! I should have gone with the previous reviews.
