Very good!

I was very pleased with the staff at Pet Care Specialists. As soon as I opened the door, I could tell that they were all very nice and loving people. My dog is an outdoor dog and was rescued from an abusive home, so she is very shy and nervous around strangers and usually refuses to go indoors at all without being carried inside. The ladies were able to pick up on this immediately and were very good at working with my dog and making her feel comfortable and safe. My dog actually walked inside on her own - a first! I had asked for a flea treatment in addition to grooming, but they told me that they could not find any fleas on her and gave me the option of not getting the treatment. I was very pleased that they were honest about this and did not just do what I asked them to do in order to charge me more money when it was not necessary. Their grooming was very good. All in all I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them!
