I'm considering returning the 60 dollars worth of plants that I bought from your crossville, TN garden center because of your ignorant employee named Carol.

She was in the garden center yesterday, 5/31/18 and was as rude and ignorant as could be. Between crossville and KooK viille, I don't know which one hires worse employees. Carol and a flock of her relatives, who weren't shopping, were in the way and I tried to get around them with my SHOPPING cart You do remember shopping? Why they built the STORE? People don't go there to see you and your REDNECK FAMILY???. Carol just looked at me and my cart and went back to her family meeting (in the middle of the garden center) I said excuse me. She said can I help you when it was obvious I was just trying to get around her family meeting.

I'm a retired 60 year old, former BUSINESS owner with some life skills that I like to use around the house fixing things up and beautifying. But I gotta tell you, the days of going to the hardware store and casually looking for ideas and things to do are apparently over because I moved to this ignorant part of TN where they can't even staff the local store w/ people who have a little bit of sense. But thank you for saving me the work and the 60 dollars that I'm going to be getting back.

2 weeks ago I tried to buy the same or similar bushes in Cookeville and I ended up leaving them at the cashier because of more ignorant behavior. It's not as if they don't have any business sense locally. They don't have any sense period. Can't want till home depot comes to the area and eats your lunch the way publix is going to do to Kroger.

I just built a house and furnished it with all Lowe's appliances. The Dryer worked one day and now does not heat. Contacted Lowes no service. They said I should hear from someone in 3-5 days because they don't have a local serviceman. Looks like I have made a big mistake.

this is not a good review and i'm also send a copy to corporate offices,yesterday my husband was in your store to purchase a new blade and wheels for hi yardman lawmower that he purchased from your store 2 years ago.he gave the man who waited on him the model# he came back in 5 minutes with the parts, trust me 5 minutes in your store for anything is a rarity he was thrilled .got home the wheels were wrong went back to your store -not in stock- put the old wheels back on and tried to put the new blade on..wrong blade.now we are 11 miles each way to come to your store that's 40 miles in 2 days and still don't have the correct part. i was in drapery dept. trying to buy curtain rods got the rods they were 80.00 for 2 couldn't find the rings,no one was in drapery dept so i went looking ,all the time, found 2 clerks that saw me looking for help earlier but didn't come over until i called them. said didn't have rings and i asked if there could be some in back,he said everything we have is on shelve.put rods back and we left the store.we quit buying paint from you because of the terrible service went to sherwin williams , service is great. now my husband has to go again tomorrow..how happy would you be? fran davis
