Sent two men to do a job that one man could of done. They came with out much equipment. They checked the junction box where the problem was and saw the problem. They discussed how to remedy the situation then called the boss to see what he would recommend.
One man came in and asked if we had any vasoline as he wanted to lube the breaker connection. He should of had regular connection lube that electricians use but had nothing in the truck. Reinstalled the breakers and left. This simple project bill was over $250.00 I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company replaced a blown out wall outlet for us. They sent 2 men to do a job that 1 man could have done with one arm tied behind his back. They charged a $72 service call fee plus the hourly rate for 2 men including travel time. A few weeks later another small problem was fixed by a different company - 1 man - the service charge was smaller and was for travel time. When we questioned the charge by Eberhart, they claimed they always send 2 or more men to a job for "liability" reasons. When I asked the other man about that issue, he said that liability insurance does not require 2 people. His charge for the job that took slightly longer than the Eberhart job cost less than what they charged. Use these rip-off artists at your own peril! Robert Matlock
