Replacing a 12 year old furnace and A/C unit, Crossville Heating & Cooling performed an excellent job, all promised tasks were completed with exceptional workmanship. Promised follow-up checks were right on time and very professionally completed. Sales statement of "it will lower your electric bill" were spot on - 19% lower (waiting on cold weather to verify heating efficiency promise and do not doubt I will see it). replacing an old noisy unit that kept me awake with another unit that keeps me awake - I lie there wondering if this unit is running - IT IS QUIET! Extremely satisfied customer - product-wise and service-wise

i would like to start out by saying this is a true review.on jan 28 2014 crossville heating @ cooling came to my house and did a complete change out of my old system and replaced it with a new heat and air system and new ducts they arrived at 830 in the morning and did not leave 845 in the evening and did not leave untill the job was done and it was only about 10 degrees outside.the guys that did the job was very good and eas a real pleasure to work with.i would highly recomend this company to anyone so thank you eric jessie and you matt .it was a pleasure to work with company from start to finish thanks guys
