If you have 2 to 3 hours to wait to get your eyes checked I centers is for you. While I have for family members that wear contacts we continually year after year had to wait this long. I am finally leaving their services behind considering after paid in full for contacts on more than two occasions I had to sit and wait for 20 to 30 minutes and once laughed because people couldn't get them on the box for me I had to wait in line for something that I paid in full already. I feel I centers needs to work on their customer service as well as the fact that there are so many different departments shoveling you to so many different areas and it becomes very frustrating 13 ladies behind the front Daske cannot stand up and walk 10 feet to get a box for something that's been paid in full
