From the moment I walked through the door they were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure my 3 yr old son felt comfortable. She didn't rush his hair cut, like other places have done, and as a result his cut turned out great for the first time. Overall I am very pleased with the customer service and quality of his cut, they went above and beyond which is rare these days!
