Very disgusted with My experience there this evening upon purchase from Johannah P realized the charge was more than advertised and challenged.She asked a very nasty woman to check on the price and I offered and showed Her the shelf where numerous bottles of the item were and she sneered and said they were on the wrong shelf?Not My problem they can't get their items straight.She refused to change the price to the correct so I told the customer service girl Johannah to get someone hire up so I could show someone more intelligent and less rude.A GentleMan came and said someone probably put them on the wrong shelf as if to insinuate it was a customer.I think not!He told the c/s rep Johannah to fix the price which She nastily did.I had to show My license and sign a form?no apology.Never will I ever shop there again.What a bunch of morons.

I love this store. The produce is fresh and the prices are great. They are much cheaper than Stop and Shop! If you want to save money- go to Expect.

Xpect Discounts staff are RUDE, NASTY & use foul language! I was in there about a week or so ago and as usual it was very busy. That is to be expected when going in there as they have good deals. Well I was standing in a VERY large check out line there were only 2 lines open & tons of people waiting. I spotted a staff member walking by I said "Excuse me..." and before I could get anything else out this women lost it! She yelled at me then even cursed. Having no idea what I was going to ask, which by the way I was going to ask if they had a specific brand of pancake mix. In front of all the customer she was yelling at me...not acceptable. I will NEVER shop this store again. Of course when I asked for a manager I was told there isn't one available.... What happened to good customer service????
