DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

I reserved a car to rent for a family vacation, only to be told that there were no cars available to rent. The agent was very rude and unprofessional. I called Hetz’s 1-800 number only to be told that I can pick up my car at another location that is 15 miles from my house. I would never rent from them again
