They would not replace bad plants. Not friendly.

For a long time I shopped catalogs, then one day I discovered Crestview Nursery ! Alot of the plants I was buying mail order were available right here. Some were seedlings, some were mature plants, but I could SEE what I was getting. The employees are very nice people, helpful and informative. If I had a question and that person didn't know the answer they would do their best to find an answer for me. I've been shopping there over 5 years now and never have had a complaint about the business or the products. The plants I've bought are healthy and beautiful. The nursery is back in the woods and makes for a cooler shopping experience on hot florida summer days. They have so many plants that I want, I'd be better off living there cause it would take atleast an acre of land to plant all the plants they have that I want. The prices are very reasonable too. In summary: Great people, great plants, great prices.
