Great customer service. Very polite. U brought my bridesmaid dress here to be hemed. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

Worse place in town for alterations to any piece of clothing. These people ruin 2 pairs of True Religion Jeans. Then said we have your son on camera on how he set his pants on his waist so if they don't fit it's not our fault. Watch out you are on camera when you come to this place no where in the store do they warn you that you are under camera surveillance. Do not trust your expensive clothing to this location what they least have is experience!

Theses owners butchered my friends wedding dress.her wedding is actually in 2 weeks and they said they could fix it and it would look the same. We decided to get a second opinion and the other company said there would be no way to fix it because the type of material the dress is made. my friend had to purchase another dress(not the same because they sold out) and had to have rush service on her alterations. the owner said he would pay for everything and give her a refund then decided to only give her a fraction of the money because he said if you go to court you dont end up paying everything. This guy says he licensed and bonded but obviously hes not because if you are theses mistakes they admitted to goes under their insurance. his wife was extremely rude and even called my friend a slur because he is homosexual!!!!

I took 4 drapes for hem,(expensive) went to pick them up and when I was about to put them on the windows I find out that 2 were made and 2 were not, came back to tell him and he accused me of buying another 2 and that he have to charge me again. What a ripped off!

Pants leg hem was done bad. The hem was crinkeled. They have a dog in the store and my suit had dog hair all over it. When I picked up the suit there was nobody there to even check it to make sure it fit correct. I will never use this tailor again and would advise against anyone else using them.
