I have gone to Route 53 diner for years and it has always been a wonderful experience. The food is amazing and cheap. Breakfasts are by far the best. The servers have always been friendly and helpful.

Asthetically it is lacking, and it looks as though they are in unending construction. The atmosphere is that of a dive bar (minus the alcohol), and it primarily caters to older locals. While this may scare off some, the food and service are definitely worth it.

This place was HORRIBLE!

Both my sister and I became extremely sick after eating at this place.

THE FOOD TASTED BAD AND WAS DRY, we threw out 90% of what we ordered and payed without complaining because we were afraid we would be yelled at because of another situation while we were eating.

A fat older man with whiteish hair (I guess the manager) kept yelling at the workers behind the counter and belittling them, telling them that they are useless.

THIS WAS AN AWEFUL EXPERIENCE.

We will NEVER eat there again. You shouldn't either.

THEY NEED TO CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN ! ! !

Cooks were touching their face and phones and then touching food. Our waitress was picking her wedgie then serving food without washing her hands.
