I bought an apartment here in spring of 2011, was hard for me to sleep due to people constantly yelling and shouting, not to mention people partying all night, then towards the spring months my ceiling collapsed over the person upstairs needing repairs on their water heater, I noticed wet spots in my ceiling for three hours prior to it collapsing, I called Kim (the landlord who was very rude over the situation) several times and did not answer the emergency maintenance number until it was too late. The ceiling almost fell and hit me, they offered me an apartment on the third floor in another building. I took it, I wish I would of just left then, the other person at the front office Mike is incredibly rude, not to mention maintenance here never gets done. The maintenance here has yet to fix the leak in my air conditioner, my stove top, and my shower, and when he did actually show up like he was supposed to (to fix my shower and stove top) he said "I have to get a part out in my truck I'll be right back" he proceeds to drive off the property and doesn't return..Granted the rate for this area is wonderful, but save yourself the trouble, if I could break the lease I would...
