Very clean and friendly, don’t know what mike m is talking about. He probably doesn’t have any patience

First time visiting the facility, I was sent from one building to another one, them back to the first one. I was then told that I needed to make an appointment but she would look to see if they could fit me in. I informed them that I had made an appointment for two o'clock (I got there at 1:55), but then they couldn't figure out where to check to see if I made an appointment or who it was with.

My first take was that Rin Tin Inn is extremely unorganized, the place didn’t appear to be cleaned very well, and the area is far too tight for more than one person with a dog at a time. There was myself and two other people during my short visit. They have unorganized down to a fine art though. I decided to just take my dog back home and find someplace else in the area.

All-in-all; Total train wreck that I will be sure not to repeat.
