My experience with Michele as my American Family agent is exceptional! She gives my family her personal attention. She makes sure I have the appropriate amount of insurance for every type i carry and gives me the best value possible. I never have to deal with an operator or a machine. Every claim has been handled immediately!!! I feel like I am her only client! Her amazing staff compliments her business in every way. They know my insurance needs and always have my best interest in mind. Each member of Michele Hunleys team are extremely professional, personable, and very well trained to handle any situation I ever have. They even called me to wish me happy birthday. I reccomed this company for any and all your insurance needs. :)
