We had Willow Tree give our yard a total re-design after buying a new home. Craig came out to look at our existing setup and talk to us about what we wanted out of the new yard. We were looking for something with color that would be low maintenance over the years. He provided us with a detailed estimate of what he proposed to do and with what plants, shrubs, etc. Then we met Craig at a nursery so he could show us his recommendations and take input from us on what else we liked as we walked around. Craig was very open to changing his recommendations for us and worked with us as we inserted and deleted new pieces into the design.

At installation, Craig and his team were very professional. They worked very fast and were very clean when packing up at the end of the day.

The yard came out great! We have an expanded and raised bed that really brings out the new plants we have in the yard. We have a great mix of color, and a more organized look to everything.

We are extremely happy with how everything came out. Not being very articulate in what we wanted due to lack of knowledge, Craig was able to come up with a solution that he knew we would like. It did!!

After accepting his offer with no negotiations and then meeting a couple of times to choose the supply material, he never showed up to do the job. He did not even call to re-schedule or apologize.

I recently had some landscaping done by WillowTree Landscaping and now count myself as a very satisfied customer. After my initial call and within a couple of days, the owner, Craig Norcliff came by and looked at my yard. He came on the day he said he would and even called to say he'd be a bit late. After the initial appointment he took the time to meet my wife and myself at a supplier and showed us a great variety of shrubs, trees and flowering plants. He gave us some detailed ideas about what should go where and he was familiar with my yard because he took pictures beforehand. Before we agreed on a price Craig came by with a through written estimate and did even more than we agreed on. He gave me a date when the work would be started and called a couple of days ahead of time. New beds were cut out, over 70 plantings were installed and mulched in one day. They came back again and installed a French drain on one side of my house and then one more day to clean up and re-seed my lawn. I'm very pleased with the workmanship, the professionalism and the friendlness of this company. Craig's crew is made up of honest, hardworking and likeable men with whom I was very comfortable with. From the consideration of his communication through phone calls, the professionalism with which I was treated and the great job they did, I would highly recommend Willow Tree Landscaping. My yard has never looked better! And even their trucks are clean!
