This store has poor management and truly unprofessional. First I was lied to in regards to purchasing a phone on the web or in the store. I was told by the manager himself that I would have to pay $30 in taxes whether or not I bought the phone in the store or on Verizons web site. That is not the case! There is no sales tax if the phone is purchased on the web. Save the money and buy from the Verizon online store. Secondly, the phone I bought from the store was defective and I went to return it. I was charged $35 re-stocking fee for a phone that didn't work. The Verizon 1-800 number confirmed that I was droping 14 percent of my calls, an extremley high amount. The assistant manager on duty when I returned the phone was calling out from the phone which was working fine at the time. She was essentially calling me a liar by stating 'the phone works fine now'. There are plenty of Verizon stores around. Do youself a favor, do not shop at this store. You will be sorry you did!
