At the first cleaning through Groupon "it will take more time but will do an extra hour if.."
I used them off and on for a few years and my advice is every time you contact them, make them tell you the price before they start.
I had been paying $100 flat fee. I took a break because my home was damaged due to an act of God. She called for work recently and I said OK only because I had guests coming for the holiday. She cleaned less rooms and charged me $255.00, No warning, no communication until they were leaving. Never again!

I can't believe Anne N review from April 2014, almost 2 yrs ago and things have not improved. I, too, had the same problems Dec. 2015. I felt cheated, humiliated and taken. I paid about $150 Groupon for 4 hrs and was told the same BS. They came with 3 people for 2 hrs. I told them not to do my bedroom cause its full of clutter and too difficult to clean like that. They had a living room, 1 bathroom, kitchen and pantry to clean. What a surprise when I saw them cleaning my room! They did not listen. I too was told it was going to cost another $85 because they could not finish in 2 hrs. What an A** I was. I said ok. If they hadn't "cleaned" my room, they would have had time. Then when they were about done, one was "washing" my kitchen floor with a dirty rope mop but it wasn't really cleaning. I couldn't wait for them to leave after about 3.5 hrs. When they did, I had to go over my floor myself AND do the bathroom floor because they never even did that. They didn't clean behind the toile

I was very pleased with the cleaning. I had two cleaners for one hour and so I limited the cleaning to bathroom and kitchen/dining room. What they cleaned they cleaned very well.- and that was worth it. Additional cleaning time was offered but I declined.

Kind of disappointing. What got cleaned during the two hours they were there was cleaned well. What bothered me was that I had paid for two hours of cleaning for $65.00 on Groupon or Social Living. When I made the appointment I was told that if one person came, they would clean for two hours and if two people came, they would clean for an hour. We have a very small, two bedroom apartment with no children, and my husband and I are fairly neat and tidy people. Plus we had picked up around the house and put things away before they came.



Two people came, and before they even started cleaning I was told that it would take at least three hours of two people cleaning to clean our small apartment. So I was expected to pay another $130.00 on top of the $65.00 I had already paid! For that much money I would have cleaned it myself! I just felt like I'd been swindled right off the bat, you know? I told the owner to stop cleaning after two hours, and I paid the additional $65.00. For the two hours they cleaned my living room, dining room, and tiny office. The kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom were just kind of given an lick and a promise, and as I said at the beginning, I was disappointed. I have had several cleaning services over the years, and they did do a decent job on what they did clean, but their hourly wage is just way too high for having them come on a regular basis. I can't afford a company that expects me to pay $130.00 every other week for a small apartment. My last service only charged $75.00 and that was just last year!
