I had to rent a sod cutter and wanted to get it delivered to my home. I went in at 7 AM to rent the item for the day the response I received was, "Do you see all of those papers on the wall?? Those are all of my deliveries for today and they are all before you!" I was shocked at being spoken to in this manner. None of the other employees around showed any interest or concern.I told the very heavy man at the desk that I was concerned about using my own vehicle. The very heavy guy offered to rent me a trailer and hitch. I agreed to this & he wrote up the receipt and I had to leave a blank check.I drove around back for the rental equiptment and was told the trailer and hitch weren't available! I was told if I needed it I had to use my own vehicle.Long story short, the sod cutter kept breaking down all morning & the people I hired had to constantly stop working to fix it. I rented 7 table cloths for my Bridal Shower. When I got them to the venue they were all wrinkled, two of them were the wrong size and one was a shade of off- white instead of the white that I ordered. We almost did not get set up on time due to the amount of time it took to iron them. When I returned them I expressed my concern, no one in the General Rental Center would listen. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever delt with and even accused me of "copping an attitude." I profession is retail and I would fire anyone on the stop who spoke to someone like that in my store. You could not pay me to rent from sucn a bunch a rude nasty people ever again.
