Everytime I need to rent a vehicle I always make reservation with Enterprise. Fast courtesy service. Treat you as a customer not a number. always there to meet your needs for your rental. I always recommend Enterprise to my friends and family

The staff are always courteous and offer fabulous service (if you rent cars from a number of places you know this isn't always the case). Didn't have the size car I requested and upgraded at no cost. Now provide car side registration ~ so you don't even have to go in to the site and stand in line.

I've gone with Enterprise several times in the past and have always been very satisfied with my experience. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating.
On this occasion I reserved a vehicle a hour in advance of my pickup time. A vehicle was ready on my arrival, and was even upgraded as the type of car I originally reserved was not immediately available.

They treated me great! They did not have the car in the class that I ordered, so they gave me a free upgrade. All of the staff there was friendly and willing to help.

Everytime I rent the service is fantastic. Even though there is alot of personnel changes due to promotions and what not the service is always awesome!! Ben, Ryan, Lauren, and Mitch to name just a few are always on point.

The only reason for an average rating has to do with Gas. Every time I rent from here, I get 1/2 tank of gas. Granted I only need to return it with the equivalent, but:
a) It is a pin in the rear to have to get gas before you go on your trip
b) unless you use the entire tank of gas, it is not possible to guess how much gas it takes to return the tank to 1/2 full
c) you charge people a fee to return the car empty, and the fee is to fill it up. You are making money on this because I doubt the car gets filled up in those instances, and you probably know most people will return the cars with more gas than they have to simply because it is too hard to return it with the same amount you were given.

PLEASE change this policy! All cars should be provided with a full tank of gas, and returned with a full tank of gas.

My experience was not good. I had to show 2 utility bills & pay a deposit. My sister who booked through expedia did not have that hassle. I was told by a rep over the phone that I had to bring the rental car into the office before having to get my car and then once I got into the office they told me all I had to do was drop the rental off at the auto body where my car was and leave the rental there. It was a total hassle all the way around. Will not go back!

My rental was painless and very simple. They dropped my car off at my work for me and I did not have a single issue with the vehicle or the process in getting or returning the vehicle.
