Really impressive, modern clean shop. I hit a deer and did extensive damage to my Rav 4. I called them and they said they could work on the car the next week, but they started that same week, they gave me a promise date of 2 weeks, which surprised me cause my car was in bad shape. They called every other day with a progress report. They had problems getting a couple parts but kept at it, obtaining OEM parts. I had to take in my registration and insurance card as they had to even replace my windshield and put a new sticker on the car. I asked if I could see the car and again they surprised me and took me right in warning me that it didn't look great in its current state, but to me id did look great, just what I wanted to see. All bad parts were gone, new framework installed, no fenders or bumpers or hood and etc.on yet. No damaged parts on the car. It was clean and neat. They put the car in a laser measuring device and checked the frame to precision, it met all specs, no damage. The car was ready to be painted, with bumpers, fenders, and hood and etc all separately. They called again and said the car was going 1to final assembly and was still sceduled on time. Finally, right as scheduled the car was done, and it was like brand new. They gave us a review and said that that they stand by their work for the life of the vehicle, it was wonderful. I highly recommend this shop for auto body repair. Very friendly, respectful. Made me feel soo much better after a bad accident. I really feel it is like driving a brand new car.

There are angels in this business. I am a 64 yr. old lady who is going to make cheesecakes for these angels of mercy. People go there and you will see not only is the service excellent but the people are down to earth, genuine and angels of mercy when you are depressed about your baby car having a boo! boo!
