DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I have been here a few times to get my hair done, previously they did a good job and the stylists are very nice, HOWEVER, yesterday I went in to get a color, I showed the stylists photos of what I wanted done and the color is nowhere near what I asked for. Since they have done a good job in the past I assume that the stylist just did not know how to do what I asked for, so when it turned out wrong I told them that I didn't feel that I should have to pay for the color. I was told that they had to charge me and that I could talk to the manager/owner when she was in tomorrow about getting my money back. I called her today and she said that since I had agreed to the price before they did my hair I could not have any of my money back "NOT A PENNY" is specifically what she said. All in all I paid $175 for a bad dye job that isn't even the colors that I asked for. Never again will I go to such a dishonest company, and I would advise anyone else to do the same.

Great place, clean, friendly, affordable. Natasha, Julie, & Kim are professional and give a great cut. Julie & Natasha are the color experts. My family of 6 only visit this place for all our hair needs for the past 5 years, and we take advantage of the free haircut with their loyal customer program.

This salon is honestly the best salon yet! Everybody over there is super nice and useful and I just love that. They treat you with respect and they take their work very serious. Everybody over there is dressed professionally and they even act professional too! The environment is so relaxing getting your hair/nails done. Overall the employees over there have a fair share of work and they are all so talented.

I love this salon.... Jeri (the blonde) is the best hairstylist ever.

She is very creative and always has the best ideas to suit my style.

The pricing is very fair and competitive with the other salons in the area.

I believe in "getting what you pay for"

I have been to a lot of salons in the Covington area and was not impressed.

Here at LOGIC Jeri listens to what I want and works her MAGIC and I love it every time!!! Everyone at LOGIC is very friendly, however I like Jeri as she is not afraid to educate you on why you should or should not do something, and you can understand what she is saying as others do have ethnic accents.

I have seen most of the stylists here and Jeri by far is my favorite. Never a dull moment and a great conversation, with an added head massage!!

a response to the previous person who gave a review for this place: Honestly WHY would any business owners or workers hired to work in a civilized environment, even screamed in front of his or her own store or work place?? that wouldn't make sense. Doing this would just jeopardize her own business or get the workers themselves fired. PLUS the previous person only states that this named person was in a store screaming. Not necessarily at this reviewed place. So i think these sorts of reviews are a bit unfair to the original purpose, which is an actual review of the business.



Anyway, my share of ranting is done with. On to an actual, useful review!



I got my hair trimmed and colored at Logic Hair Salon. The stylist that worked there gave many suggestion and was very attentive to my needs. I went for a chocolate brown. The dyed they used did not smell putrid at all! which was a THANK GOD for me, because my nose is really sensitive. Overall, im happy with my hair coloring. and i would definitely come again for touch up.



BTW, there was absolutely no 'screaming' done by the named asian woman that worked there. I understand they may have talked LOUDLY because with the blow dryers going on, it's pretty hard to hear in general. Plus everyone was pretty nice and spoke using careful words...since they all have heavy accent.

Julie is crazy. She was in a store screaming at the top of her lung swearing. I told her to please stop because my nephew was getting scared and told me to **** off.

This hair salon is great! I got great service for my coloring and cut. The owner was able to answer all my questions and concern about coloring. She gave me suggestion on what style will fit my face shape and overall i love my experience here.

I get great service, my colors are fantastic-I get a wonderful cut-I can even get my nails done while waiting on my hair to process. I have been a customer of Logic Hair Salon since they opened their doors and I have been a happy customer. I believe the cost to get our hair done is costly!! everyone wants to look good when its done! They have meet my expectations and I appreciate the warm & freindly service.

I came to get my hair done n Julie the owner did not agree with what I wanted started raising her voice an saying "hello r u stupid" I found this to b very inappropriate an a client or customer should always b right especially when my old hair stylist did what I was asking her to do. I will never come back to this salon an I think she would help her business by taking some customer service classes. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! !!

than they usually close just so

she could make sure my hair was shampoo'd, conditioned cut perfectly...after hair stylist, Sarah, got done foiling & coloring my hair (she soo wanted to stay to see the finished product)

These people will verbally bash you if they don't like your hair, your teeth, your lifestyle or if they think you are 'fat'. They do not hold back & think it's okay. Got a little extra hair on your body? They will pet you.

BEWARE!!

They don't know what they are doing. They over processed my hair and I now have about 1/2 of what I used to have, plus the colors where horrible too. I will never, ever go in that place again. Beware............
