I went in today to get a full set acrylic and my nails have been throbbing all evening. So I googled why nails were in pain and I read that the technician filed my natural nail too thin and applied too much primer. My nails are in so much pain right now I do not plan on going back to this place. The staff was not very friendly either.

Very friendly staff, accommodated my best friend, my 7 year old, and my walk-in mani-pedi. The Ladies that did our nails did a great job, with careful attention to detail even touching up my daughters nails after she wanted to check to see if they were dry yet. I will make this a regular visit!

Yesterday I my daughter and I went into to have a Mani- pedi done. With in 2 min of me sitting down the lady started on my feet and she only spent a total of 10 mins (and 10 min is me being nice about the time she spent one) and to top it all off she was very rude when I showed her she had missed spots on my toes. Total time spent on me was 20 min. After she was done with me she move on to help out with my daughter. Her being in the hurry she was in cut my daughters finger. They put should on it to stop the blooding finished her up and sat her down next to me never said a word to me about it. As I was checking out I talked to the lady about not being happy with they way my nails were done. So she took a whole $7 off. I was pretty upset so I paid and left. With in 4 hours my daughter and i nail polish was falling off (she is 13) if only I could post pictures. So today I called them and the manager had the nerve to tell me that was normal of normal nail polish to come off like that and they were not going to refund our money. As for the cut on her finger how are they to know it didn't happen at home. So now I get to go down there and deal with them face to face.
