Provided by YP.comI went to the new place, EL Presidente, a block from the original La Huazteca to eat last night. The food is ok but the service was really awful, especially toward African Americans. African Americans are treated like second rate citizens. Preferential treatment to Caucasions over African Americans when being seated. It was so obvious, a Caucasion lady called the manager out for seating a Caucasion couple before the African American couple who arrived several minutes earlier.
