I don't know who the bad review was from but I totally disagree. I work with rescue and I love, respect, and appreciate all our vets but Dr. Clay has been my personal vet for more years than I can remember and I think he is absolutely the best. He's compassionate, knowledgeable, and honest about situations without being harsh, and has a wonderful staff. Steve and Nancy are Never rude. In my opinion he is a brilliant and kind vet and I feel fortunate to be one of his clients.

Love Dr. Clay. He is a great compassionate man and helps our rescue. Also he only charges $25 to groom. That's for a bath. We've never put down a deposit but he does know us so not sure if that's why. I called another place about the big dog I wanted groomed and they wanted $75!

I made an appointment to have my small dog groomed there. In hopes of finding a new in our area as we had just moved. I called to make the appointment and was told I would need to leave a $25 deposit just to make the appointment I did that and filled out a bunch of paperwork about my dog but when I got there to have her groomed they asked me for a bunch of information that I did not have available when I told them that I would just rather take her somewhere else they would not give me my deposit back without being extremely rude to me but it was because of their rudeness and waste of my time that I wanted to take her somewhere else they're overpriced and very demanding with no send a customer service
