We bought a used car here with a clean car fax. When we began having problems with the front end we found out it had previously been wrecked. I met with the owner, Lee Eikle, to discuss my concerns. We paid blue book value for an unwrecked car only to find out it was damaged AND having many issues. Mr. Eikle proceeded to tell me that they service all cars before they are sold and don't go by the car fax. I responded with, if it was serviced then you had to have known it was wrecked before you sold it because certain parts on it have younger dates than the car itself. Mr. Eikle obviously knew he was wrong because he got angry, told me to get out of his office and threatened to call the police! This man has NO people skills and I am shocked he is still in business! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I have been useing Rainbow Chrysler servie department since 2006 and have had wonderful service. I was there today, everyone was helpful and nice. I needed my car asap and they did the best they could to do.

Don't take their inspections seriously. I had them change out my headlights and asked them to inspect my car. They did the headlights alright enough but I took my car to walmart right after to have my car's wheels rotated and the oil changed. Walmart wouldn't even touch it because apparently my oil filter was cracked and I had no oil left. Thankfully they gave me enough oil to go back home in. I called and asked for my money back on the inspection and they claimed it was a 'courtesy' with the headlight installation that I even provided the headlights for.

use extreme caution when buying from this dealer. they tell you what you want to hear and then back down on their promise. they say they honor their promise but they cause more problems and then say they will not fix the problem they created. if you do buy from them make sure the vehicle is exactly the way you want it when you leave with it. otherwise you might end up in the same situation i did no factory warranty or extended warranty. rainbow slogan is something like, "i got my best deal under the rainbow". well i say 'I GOT MY WORST DEAL UNDER THE RAINBOW". be very very cautious dealing with rainbow chrysler dodge jeep in covington louisiana.

I bought a Mercedes C class from this dealership in Aug of last year. Within first week I had it towed in at my expense. Over the next 2 weeks I had it towed in 2 more times before it was fixed properly. Now I am told that they do not have a certified Mercedes mechanic on staff to do servicing. Taking it to New Orleans.
