I have been a client since 1990.When owned by Betty Fauntleory, you could not ask for better care or beeter office personal. However when bought out by Dr. Peter it went down hill. When you try to get something done it is hard the front office just does not do their work. It is like dealing with congress. I have never been treated so rudly as I was the other day. My dog takes phenobarbital and has taken it for 9 years. I called for a refill was told they would call in to Jerry Braswells went the next day to pick up to find out the doctor declined it. No one called me. Now this is on a Friday. I had to call several times trying to get my dog his meds. When I told the lady at the front desk he will die if he does not have meds. She responded yea well that happens. I asked for dr. peter to call me she said yea I will. I go Friday afternoon and tell them they have to give me something until I can talk to the doctor. Jessica accused me of not giving my dog his meds. She said it did not add up and that dr peter would be talking to me about that. I insisted her checking her chart it took her a while to say very low under her voice oh ok. However would not say I found my mistake loud in front of everyone like she did when accusing me of not giving the meds to the dog. Like I was taking the meds. so no call from doctor peter, I call on Monday tell them it is a emergency that I have no med. please have him call me now it is Tuesday and still no dr. peter. So what I am telling you I have spent thousand upon thousands with this doctor and this is the way he will treat your pet eventually. I would NEVER use this doctor. like I said I have dealt the Hill side Animal clinic since 1990 I have a lot of pets that see the doctor thru the years. THIS MAN ONLY CARES ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY HE CAN SUCK OUT OF YOU WHEN YOU GO IN AND THATS IT. I sure miss Betty

Dr. Feringa had a practice here in Los Angeles for many years. When he moved away we were heart broken. He was the best Veterinarian that we ever had and we still miss him years after he moved away. I wish only the best to Dr. Feringa and his family. Sincerely, Morgan and Patrick Dent
