Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable! Ladies in the office are great!!!

Horrible experience. The tech was 2 hours late, came in, asked me what was wrong, I told him exactly what I said on the phone, he told me I need a new outlet. Never once looked at the refrigerator and then charged me $49. He was gone with in 5
Min and never looked at the appliance I had questions on. They take advantage of you and I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I called and talked to "manager" and he rudely hung up on me.

Complete appliance is a great company with great employees. Service there is wonderful. The employees are very kind and well mannered as well as respectful. They help you when you need the help and they go step by step with you what they are doing as they are working so you better know the problems that occurred with you appliance. They have great people skills as well the work skills for the job at hand. I recommend Complete Appliance Services to any one who is in need of a repair or new appliance. This company will always be first choice in my book.

I had an appliance technician come to my house to fix my refrigerator. They had excellent customer service and they helped a lot. The technician walked me step by step on what he did to fix the problem. I think that more people should choose Complete Appliance Service. I recommend them to anyone in need!
