We have been customers of Trust Security for several years. Highly recommend this company. They are a small company, so they really care about us, the customer. Ladies in office are very friendly and helpful and the techs are great!

The thing I love the most about this company is that I am not just a name on the screen. I am a person with needs and security issues. It feels good to be doing business with such great people.

I called this company for a quote as the home I purchased has their system in it. I received the best customer service and technical advice! Thank you for all the help.

I had Trust security since I purchased my home in 2005 and over the years their customer service have deteriorated with every passing day. I had issues with my alarm working and requested it to be fixed. This entire process started back in July 2009 and to date we have been unable to cancel. It took over 6 months to get a bill from this company and the customer service....I would not even treat my worst enemy this way. I eventually had to get another security company to fix the issue and provide service. they finally sent a bill but when we called to make a payment, new fees have been added on and to add insult to injury they want to add another year of fees. Hopefully we can get out of this soon! . Working with Trust Security is worst than thinking to sell your soul to the devil. They have three offices but no one there, as per one service rep. All the numbers from the different offices are linked to one. Their field rep. who runs the office is never there. Makes you wonder if this is true. PLEASE, PLEASE. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS, THEIR CONTRACT IS A TRAP AND YOU WILL REALLY GET STRESSED OUT
