The reason they are "unique" is because of their methods. They told us one thing and while my family was eagerly awaiting for the completion of our escrow, they changed the requirements causing us to move in late.

Wasn't just the first time. They have been causing us such a goddammit headache from the beginning of the process. From requirements of signatures, to delivery of documents and even sent us stuff with NO instructions on what to do.

We are hoping to be purchasing more property and you can bet your ass if the listing agent is using these guys we are not buying the property. This company sucks. They seem like a complete shit storm.
