Own a business. Have had a sprint account for 10 plus years. They could not have cared less about my business. Was never offered insurance on new phone and assumed plan was covered. Took my $ and made sure togive them a good rating when sprint calls. They have lost my business forever. All about the sale. No customer service. Stay away.

The manager at this store is very rude (and due to him the staff), and they just try to sell you the most expensive options. If you do not commit to buying the most expensive option within a few minutes, the will not bother to help you. And they are very rude about it. They do not even want to explain the difference in the plans or phones. We found out that one of our couple friends who went there was so upset after the way they were treated they dumped sprint for Verizon. I know Centre Of New England sprint store has lost our business for good. The next sprint store we contacted was much more helpful and they got our business for our entire families' phone upgrades.

This is by far the best Sprint store in RI.
