I've been going to Rose's Salon for the past three years and I have to say they are the most friendly, professional group of people I've ever seen. Every time I go in I'm greeted with a smile and waited on right away! I work in customer service so I know how important that is! Thank you Rose, April, Amy, etc....

I had a Gel Manicure done and 2 days later some of my nails were already peeling. I went in and they repaired the two nails. The following day those same two nails along with three more nails were peeling. So I stopped in again and this time an "older" male began inspecting my nails as if I has done something wrong!!?? He even asked if I worked hard? Like what does that matter? Of course, I responded no and asked if he could please redo my nails since more than half were now peeling! He said "no we can't do all ten nails". He was so rude!! Seriously?? I have been getting Gel Manicures once a month for many years at Blue Sky and they usually last 2-3 weeks, not 2-3 days!!! I still can't believe how rude I was treated!!?? I will never go back to Rose's and would definitely not recommend them to anyone! So much for good customer service...

Every summer for the past 10 years, I come from California to visit my in-laws in Coventry,RI. This year my in-laws were celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary and were having a huge party. Needless to say I had to get my nails and toes done. I came across Rose's Nails salon on a busy Saturday morning. Right away I was impressed by how big and clean the nail salon was. I had French gel mani/pedi done. The staff was so friendly everyone said hello to me. I felt so special!! Even though the salon was busy and filled with customers, they did not rush me. They were so calm and happy. My toes came out so good! I felt like I had new feet! My nails came out perfect! I loved how my nails were shaped and painted (they got all the sides). I had a really good experience here! 2 weeks and I am back in California and my gel polish is still on! No chips or anything! So glad we are moving back to lil Rhody soon because, I've found my new nail place!! I will most defiantly be back!!!!! Loved everything about this place!!!
