Not the best place to go

Ordered a solenoid from the store. The salesperson did not understand what I was ordering and did not even know what make my car was. It took about 3 minutes to explain I wanted just the solenoid and not the entire starter. I never even got a call when it came in. I waited for a month and when I got sick of waiting I called to ask if it was in. They were rude on the phone and hung up on me once they informed me that it HAD been in for quite some time.
